Wild Goose Filling - MEHEEN single lane EVOLUTION Series WG-1 filler and seamer is capable of 15 cans per minute or 2.7 Bbl/Hr. depending on the operator and product being filled. The EVOLUTION series is built to allow the operator to grow the machine as the needs of the operation expand over time with upgrades the machine is capable of up to 50 Containers per minute. Includes automatic operation of Purge and Fill, Can Lid Placement, Seamer Station. Currently running the 16 oz. tall aluminum can with a Standard B64 lid. HMI Controlled equipped with Wild Goose Filling software package. Dissolved Oxygen is prevented by a DO Buster CO2 Tunnel , and automatic CO2 purge at the fill station. Unit measures 88" L x 38" W x 108" H. Machine approximate weight is 765 lb. sits on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Electrical requirements single phase, 230 Volt , 50/60 Hz, FLA 12 Amps. Compressed Air Required for operation 90 Psi., 12.2 CFM.
