Single Motion Agitation with side and bottom nylon scrapers (scraper blades are removable). 2 Fixed agitators to assist with agitation (Removable through kettle mount). Half lid with locking hinges and handle.  Equipped with Prox sensor for safety. Left hand side of lid has a 1" Tri-Clamp Sanitary Inlet. 2" LEE KETTLE Valve at bottom of tank outlet. Last used is a Food Processing R&D.
