2011 Urschel Laboratories GK-A

The Urschel GK-A dicing machine, considered the industry standard dicer, for 3-dimensional dicing machine for a wide range of small to intermediate size dices and strip cuts for a variety of products such as soft or ripe fruits, vegetables like potatoes, apples, broccoli stems, peaches, and carrots. Maximum product input size of 5.5 inches in any direction. Three cutting dimensions.

Slice thickness: 1/8" to 5/8 inch - knob adjustable.

Circular knife cuts: 1/8" to 3 inch - knives & spacers.

Crosscut knife cuts: 9/32" to 3 inch Change Part Assembly

When the crosscut assembly is removed GK-A is capable of two dimensional strip cuts.
