Urschel Laboratories CC

The Urschel CC slicer is capable of slices, crinkle slices, v slices, shreds and strip cuts. The CC is best known for its ability to slice potatoes for chips but is capable of many cuts depending on the cutting head and impeller setup. The machine is capable of receiving firm product 4" in any dimension through its infeed chute. This machine was last used to shred cheese in a small production line. It is currently setup with a S/S shredding head, and mounted to a stainless steel stand. It is equipped with a 5hp electric motor, Urschel control cabinet and safety switches. Electrical requirements 480 Volt, 3Phase. 30 Amp.
