2022 UltraSource Elevating Offal Cart

The UltraSource Elevating Offal Cart allows viscera inspection and handling with ease and convenience for small slaughter operation. Operation of the lifting cylinder can be water or pneumatically operated. In the lowered position the cart sits 15" off the floor witch allows it to fit under a hanging carcass. In the max raised position the cart is approximately at 37" witch will be about the height of the lip of a standard 55 gallon drum. The tray and sub frame are constructed of stainless steel.
