Urschel TranSlicer 2500. Equipped with dual stage long v-belt product in feed, 25" OD cutting wheel. Sanitary, stainless-steel design. Accepts in feed of compressible food products up to 8" OD, or firm products up to 6-3/4" and has a 15" x 21" product discharge chute. Control panel has start, stop, e-stop, VFD controls for belts and head.
