Urschel OV Slicer

URSCHEL OV Slicer is a great option for slicing elongated products such as pickles, carrots, peperoni like products. Urschel offers a wide selection of cutting wheels that allows for variation in thinness of the slices as well as flat or crinkle slices. The slicer is capable of accommodating products 2-3/4" diameter. Slicing wheels are avaible from 1/16"-1-3/4", currently this machine is set up with a 16 blade wheel.
